I am, Syed Raza

As a seasioned User Centric Design Consultant with more than a decade of experience within the various sectors including UK public sector, telecom, IT, communication, retail, banking, media, healthcare and startups. Has been involved in the founding teams for some of the most iconic solutions in these industries. Someone who has been involved in various aspects of user-centered design projects including discovery, ideation, research & design through the product and service cycle.

Adaptive team player with in-depth knowledge of data collection, confidential document control, and problem-solving. Passionate about connecting with the end users and delving deep into research to find real pain points that drive informed design decisions that ultimately lead to products & services that are intuitive, interactive and delightful.

Engage and conduct research with users to gather insights into needs, expectations and pain points.

Ideation

Generate a range of ideas and solutions through brainstorming sessions and workshops, aiming to drive prototype designs.

Test & Iterate 

Test designs & prototypes with users to gather feedback, refine and improve the outcome iteratively.

Evaluate & Deliver

Developed, iterate the live version and launch the service, ensuring it delivers a seamless and engaging experience to the users.
